If there is ever a service he can not or does not provide, he always has a colleague to refer his patients to in order for your pet to get the best treatment possible. Follow up calls are made to each patient after every appointment to check on your pet just to see how they are doing making you feel as if you are a part of the family. For as long as have animals, weather they are furry, feathery or scaly there isn’t another vet under the sun that I would entrust their well-being to.”

“Dr. Bob and his staff are absolutely excellent! I’ve been taking my animals there since I moved here, and that was about two years ago. The amount of care and concern they show for my little guys (hamsters and fancy rats) is so comforting when I’m worried about them being ill. Elaine at the front desk is awesome and such an animal lover (as is the rest of the staff). I left my rats with them for boarding while on a trip, and Elaine sent me text, picture, and video updates to me on a daily basis. The rest of the staff fell in love with my rats while they were boarding as well. I left pages of detailed instructions (I’m a professional petsitter myself and didn’t trust anyone but them to watch them), and Elaine and staff followed them to a tee, including medication administration. I was worried the rats would be lonely, as they’re super social animals and love human interaction, but the staff took them around on their shoulders and desks throughout the days while boarding which the rattos love to do.

“Dr. Schachner and the vet techs there are absolutely incredible. They have taken care of my dogs with such love and care and I cannot thank them enough. They have even taken me in twice before for emergency no notice visits since my dogs have been patients at their Clinic. Once for an extra visit post spay surgery and another time when my oldest dog hurt her eye. They are so thorough and take all the time you need to go over questions, treatment options if there’s an issue, and talk about preventative care. Truly a great vet that cares and I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my fur babies.”
